Damage deposit
We save guest payment details securely and only charge them in the event of damage.
Please note: in some cases, guests will be charged the full amount up front (when the stay is more than 365 days away or starts in under 14 days).
Guest payment options
Travelers can pay a portion of your rent up front as a nonrefundable booking deposit, or we collect your rent as one payment in full.
We release all payments one business day after the check-in date.
UNDERSTANDING BOOKING DEPOSITS
Collecting less upfront means travelers are more likely to book, but if your guest cancels or doesn’t pay the balance, you receive only the booking deposit as payment.
Guest cancellation policy
- Relaxed policy details: Guests receive a full refund (less traveler booking fee) if they cancel at least two weeks before check-in.

Flexible policy details:
Guests receive:a 50% refund of the total cost (less traveler booking fee) if they cancel at least four weeks before check-in.
a 25% refund of the total cost (less traveler booking fee) if they cancel at least two weeks before check-in. - Moderate policy details: Guests receive a 50% refund (less traveler booking fee) if they cancel at least four weeks before check-in.

Strict policy details:
Guests receive:a 50% refund of the total cost (less traveler booking fee) if they cancel at least eight weeks before check-in.
a 25% refund of the total cost (less traveler booking fee) if they cancel at least four weeks before check-in. - Super-strict policy details: If the guest cancels, any money they have paid by the date of cancelation cannot be refunded.

All guests may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours after their booking is confirmed, provided their stay is at least 60 days away.
